UMM.USU: The USU Quality Management Unit organized the University Cycle 13 2020 Control and Follow-up Plan (RP & RTL) Meeting to find out the follow-up improvement plan based on the university's common issues to develop steps to improve USU's achievements.
The USU Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) has passed the Evaluation Phase as part of the quality cycle (Determination, Implementation, Evaluation, Control and Improvement (PPEPP)), so the last phase in SPMI is the Control Meeting (RP) and the preparation of a follow-up plan (RTL). RP-RTL activities are carried out to obtain common issues based on the results of the RP-RTL of Faculties / SPs and Bureaus to be used as targets for improving quality standards in the future for all work units at the university level in Cycle 13 of the USU Quality Assurance System in 2020.
UMM USU held a University RP-RTL activity for Non-Academic on Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at 09.00 WIB to 12.00 WIB by utilizing the Zoom Meeting application in connection with the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. This activity invited the Vice Rector, Secretary of the University, heads of bureaus, heads of sections / institutions / units, Non Academic AMI Auditors, and the USU UMM team. The University RP-RTL for Non-Academic began with remarks and at the same time the opening by the Chairperson of UMM USU Dr.-Ing. Ir. Ikhwansyah Isranuri representing Vice Rector I Prof. Dr. Ir. Rosmayati, MS. On this occasion, the Chairperson of UMM USU said that this activity is very important to obtain input in determining common issues at the university level based on AMI reports on the Bureau / Unit / Institution / PSI / Library / work unit / work section within USU. After the opening from the Chairperson of UMM USU, this activity continued with the presentation of the results of the USU Cycle 13 2020 Non-Academic AMI Report by the Member Manager of the Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev) Quality Assurance Division, Internal Quality Audit (AMI) and Control, Dr. Yefrizawati, SH, M.Hum. This activity was followed by a discussion session guided by the moderator, Luthfi Aziz Mahmud Siregar, SP., M.Sc., Ph.D..
